There are a few easy ways to be part of the UK Alumni Group of New York: come to events, help organize them, or lend a hand behind the scenes.
If You’re a UK Alum in New York
Join the mailing list and we will keep you posted on events across the UK alumni community. There is nothing to pay and nothing to commit to. Come to what appeals to you.
If You Help Run a UK Alumni Group
We are run by the volunteers who organize UK alumni events in New York and the Tri-state area. If that’s you, we would love to have you involved. Getting started takes nothing more than an email.
If You’d Like to Lend a Hand
We run on volunteers. Help behind the scenes keeping us going, or pitch in at events on the night, welcoming guests and looking after newcomers. Even occasional help makes a difference.
What We Offer

- A network of fellow organizers to compare notes with and share the workload.

What We Ask
- Serve as a point of contact for your university’s alumni community, whether you are based in New York or at the institution.
- Share your event plans where cross-promotion would help.
- Forward our notes to your alumni when it makes sense.
- Take part in the occasional meeting or conversation.
Participation is voluntary and flexible. There is no fee.
